# Tracking & reporting hours

**Developers self-report completed hours** through the Lemon.io platform dashboard.

There are no mandatory time trackers, screen recordings, or activity-monitoring tools. If your company policy requires time-tracking software, this can be discussed directly with the developer and arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Lemon.io’s Customer & Developer Experience team continuously monitors collaboration health through a dedicated **subscription health score**, **time-tracking**, and **feedback from** both sides to catch issues before they affect the project.
