# Referral program

Developers in the Lemon.io community can refer other senior engineers. When a referred developer joins, passes vetting, and completes 30 hours on a project, the referring developer receives a **$200 bonus**. 

There’s no cover letter, no pitching, and no cap on how many people you can refer — just point strong engineers toward the platform. For this, contact your hiring manager.<br>
